Scholarship Application
Everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of making music. The School of American Music is proud to offer confidential scholarships to help make lessons more accessible for students who may need financial assistance. You can apply for a scholarship using the form below.
Scholarships are awarded for a 10-week session on a percentage basis. They are based on financial need and/or merit as determined by the School Director.
The Scholarship Fund is supported by the School of American Music, local grants, and donations.
Available Scholarship Tiers

Applications are accepted for all ages. Scholarship amounts are available for up to 50 percent of base tuition.

100 percent scholarships are available for eligible families, thanks to a local partnership with the LaPorte Service League.

For eligible students, thanks to a local partnership with the River Valley Foundation. The number of scholarships available are limited.
Print and download the PDF form and return to the School of American Music at 14 Maple St., Three Oaks, MI. Please indicate the tuition amount you can pay toward the cost of the lessons.
Scholarships are available to students who make progress in the program.
