Shaolin Kung Fu and Taiji
Sundays 1-3 PM, Wednesdays and Fridays 6-8 PM

Learn self-defense and improve overall health. This class includes traditional Chinese Kung Fu and classical Taiji Forms. Students will learn grappling, wrestling, hand-to-hand combat, and weapons training. Beginners will develop balance and flexibility, boost self-confidence, gain focus, and shed fear. Age 15 and up.
Price: $50/month for 2 or 3 classes/wk; $30/month for 1 or 2 classes/wk
