No Sweat Exercise

Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

A 20 minute-plus  beginner exercise program. Participants come in anytime within the time -frame as long as they participate in no less then 20 minutes. Program will include gentle movements, basic stretches, and Tai Chi.
Price: $3.00 per session/ $25 for 10 sessions
